PPR is seeking volunteer Board Members. The Board of Directors is the governing body and legal authority of Parkdale Project Read. Board Members act in a position of trust for the community and work in respectful collaboration with the Collective staff team.

We are looking for Board Members with Knowledge in:

• Fundraising/Fund Development for Nonprofits
• Financial Knowledge, especially pertaining to charitable organizations
• Human Resource Management
• Legal Knowledge
• Adult Literacy and/or Adult Education
• Policy development
• Board/Leadership experience
• Communication and Marketing Knowledge​​
