Please give the Gift of Literacy

Please give the gift of literacy on #GivingTuesday and contribute to our Holiday Fundraising campaign that launches on November 29th, in alignment with Giving Tuesday, and extends until December 31st.

Your #GivingTuesday donations will help us create more opportunities for learners to learn, connect, and express themselves, including the following in-person programs:

• Multi-level Upgrading Group - to develop reading, formal writing and digital literacy skills;
  
• Homework Club - where children of learners receive support with school work;
• Math Group - where learners refresh their skills for work and exam preparation;
• Writing and Communication Group - to develop reflective writing and feedback skills;
  
• Book Club - where community members engage with stories, read together, and develop their comprehension and critical thinking skills.
  

In 2023, we plan to offer learners internet subsidies to offset the effects of inflation, and healthy food boxes to those experiencing financial insecurity. Your contributions make a big impact on our small charitable organization.

3. United Way Donor’s Choice: Ask your workplace to make PPR the recipient of your one-time or monthly donation to a registered charitable organization.

Please make your donation before December 31st to receive a 2022 tax receipt. We provide tax receipts for donations of $20.00 or more.
